3. Affiliate Obligations

Promotion: Affiliates are expected to promote Neon Glow products ethically and lawfully, adhering to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

3.2

Compliance with Advertising Standards: Affiliates must ensure that all marketing communications are clearly identifiable as advertisements and must not mislead consumers.

3.3

Prohibited Actions: Affiliates may not engage in spamming, unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, or any deceptive practices.

3.4

Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Neon Glow in all promotions, in compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. citeturn0search17

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

4.1

Assignment of Links: Upon acceptance into the Program, Affiliates will receive unique Affiliate Links for tracking purposes.

4.2

Proper Usage: Affiliates must use the provided Affiliate Links correctly to ensure accurate tracking and commission attribution.

4.3

Cookie Duration: The tracking cookie attached to the Affiliate Link has a 30-day duration. Commissions are earned if a referred Customer makes a purchase within this period.

5. Commissions and Payments

5.1

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 25% commission on the net sales value of products purchased through their Affiliate Links.

5.2

8. Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Neon Glow makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program.

8.2

Limitation: Neon Glow's liability for any matter relating to this agreement is limited to the total amount of commissions paid to the Affiliate.

9. Governing Law

9.1

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

10.1

Modification: Neon Glow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
